Jonathan started his estate agency career in 2007 as a very young man and has matured, very rapidly into a very able, enthusiastic and competent professional. Jonathan is very highly qualified. Not only is he a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, he is also a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and a commercial energy assessor (CEA). He qualified as a DEA in 2008 and at that time was one of the youngest in the country to have qualified. Jonathan has developed his estate agency career starting as a Sales Negotiator and then into property valuing before gaining promotion to Branch Manager. Jonathan then went one step further when he was named as a Director alongside Bill, Les and David. He also has additional responsibilities across the company as a whole, particularly his position as our senior coordinator with The Guild of Property Professionals.
