Kimmitt and Roberts are a well-established, long-standing, award-winning estate agency operating mainly across Tyne and Wear and East Durham. Although the company's founders have retired, their sons, Dave and Jonny, have stepped into the directorship roles. Both are local to the area and bring a strong passion for property and entrepreneurship, with additional business interests outside the estate agency. They manage the business alongside two experienced managers, Tracy Walker and Gail Yuill, who are supported by their office teams and viewing specialists.

Dave Kimmitt

A familiar and trusted face throughout Seaham and the surrounding communities, Dave has been immersed in property since the age of sixteen. His passion for the industry is underpinned by strong academic foundations, holding an Honours Degree from the School of the Built Environment at Northumbria University. He has further strengthened his professional credentials as a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals.
With extensive experience across Seaham, Murton, Hawthorn, Castle Eden, Peterlee, Easington, Horden, Hartlepool and Sunderland, Dave’s knowledge of the local property market is second to none. His insight into pricing strategy, buyer behaviour and local trends consistently delivers exceptional results for sellers throughout the region.
However, it is Dave’s natural rapport with people that truly sets him apart. Approachable, genuine and highly personable, he takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives. Jonny Roberts

Director
Jonny started his estate agency career in 2007 as a very young man. Jonny is very highly qualified, not only is he a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, he is also a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and a commercial energy assessor (CEA). He qualified as a DEA in 2008 and at that time was one of the youngest in the country to have qualified. Jonathan has developed his estate agency career starting as a Sales Negotiator and then into property valuing before gaining promotion to Branch Manager. and then director.
Jonny is responsible for the Valuations and Listings for in the Houghton area, ably assisted by his office manager Tracy Walker and her wonderful team of office staff and viewing specialists!
