Planning Outline planning permission has been granted by Durham County Council for the erection of individual self-build plots on each of the sites. (Application Number: DM/17/01959/OU7) Plot buyers will be responsible for securing detailed planning permission and building regulation approval for their chosen plot.
Reservations A non-refundable reservation fee of £2,000 will be payable on each plot, reserving the site for a period of 16 weeks to allow buyers to obtain planning permission prior to legal completion. Reservations will only be accepted from those who are in a position to proceed (i.e with cash or access to mortgage funds for land acquisition prior to the sale of their existing property)
