Access - Site access is over land which is not in the ownership of the developable area. The layout as shown on the main image is over an area of "white land"(i.e. no registered ownership),with part over land owned by Durham County Council. The eventual agreed layout may necessitate access from an alternative point. If access is over 'white land', an indemnity policy will be required.
