Tenure - We are advised that all sites are FREEHOLD
Services - All services are to be laid to the site. The roads, footpaths, drains and streetlights are to be adopted by the local authority upon completion of the full scheme.
Planning - We await confirmation of planning permission, which has been delayed due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. We have been advised that the layout as shown will be adopted. It is possible, although unlikely, that minor boundary changes might be required prior to formal approval, in which case, all parties will be informed immediately.
Reservations - As a consequence of the delayed planning, reservation fees will not be taken at this stage.
