All services are to be laid to the site. The roads, footpaths, drains and streetlights are to be adopted by the local authority upon completion of the full scheme.
We await confirmation of planning permission, which has been delayed due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. We have been advised that the layout as shown will be adopted. It is possible, although unlikely, that minor boundary changes might be required prior to formal approval, in which case, all parties will be informed immediately.
As a consequence of the delayed planning, reservation fees will not be taken at this stage. Interested parties will be able to reserve a plot on an informal basis (terms and conditions apply). As and when planning is confirmed, a non-returnable reservation fee of £2000 per plot will be required.
