Jonathan started his estate agency career in 2007 as a very young man and has matured, very rapidly into a very able, enthusiastic and competent professional. Jonathan is very highly qualified. Not only is he a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, he is also a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and a commercial energy assessor (CEA). He qualified as a DEA in 2008 and at that time was one of the youngest in the country to have qualified. Jonathan has developed his estate agency career starting as a Sales Negotiator and then into property valuing before gaining promotion to now Branch Manager. Jonathan then went one step further when he was named as a Director alongside Bill, Les and David. Jonathan has been involved with property all of his adult life, and is part of an energetic experienced and successful team at the Houghton le Spring branch. He also has additional responsibilities across the company as a whole, particularly his position as our senior coordinator with The Guild of Property Professionals.
Denise lives and breathes house sales, it is what she does best! She first started to work with Bill at Charles Bell over 20 years ago and has been selling houses for thousands of satisfied customers ever since. Having negotiated countless sales, she has developed huge expertise. She is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) and recently has become one of the first in the country to be given the prestigious Assoc RICS designation in recognition of her experience and professionalism in estate agency and, more recently has become an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals. Over the years Denise has become adept in resolving difficult sales when they start to go wrong. When things start to go awry in a property transaction, as they frequently do, it is good to know that Denise is on your side. She combines her management role with property valuation.
If you are selling a house, then Tracy Walker is the ideal person to help you do it. Her approachability means that she can answer any queries that you might have. Her experience means that she can see problems before they arise. Her direct and forthright approach to handling problems means that she can remedy any issues along the way. Her availability, being office based in Houghton full time, means that she is available whenever you need her. Tracy started as an estate agent as a fresh faced sixteen year old, working for Charles Bell in Sunderland. She has learnt much along the way and she thrives on doing her very best for all who place their trust in her! Amy joined the Kimmitt and Roberts in 2012. She started as an administrator, but very rapidly developed a natural affinity for dealing with the public and since 2013 has been a negotiator working at our busy Houghton-le-Spring branch. Amy is naturally friendly and helpful, and has added a vast amount of property knowledge to her “people skills”. She has recently qualified as an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals. She is front of house, first port of call and one of the people managing and dealing with sellers, buyers and viewers on a daily basis.
