Denise lives and breathes house sales, its what she does best! She first started to work with Bill at Charles Bell over twenty years ago and has been selling houses for thousands of satisfied customers ever since. Having negotiated countless sales, she has developed huge expertise and, as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, has a strong academic background. She has a friendly and approachable demeanor, making her a friendly, familiar and available face for those in the traumatic throes of moving house. When things go wrong in a property transaction, as they frequently do, it is good to know that Denise is on your side. Denise is responsible for the Seaham branch property sales, working alongside a very experienced team.

David Kimmitt BSc (Hons), M.N.A.E.A.

Valuer

A well known face in and around Seaham, David graduated in 2009, and he very quickly found his niche as a property valuer. David has been involved with property since the age of sixteen and has a natural affinity with property, and an even more natural ease with people. He is very approachable, and highly knowledgeable. Providing valuations across the company, he is also heavily involved in marketing and promotion of the business as a whole and individual properties. David can claim full responsibility for dragging Kimmitt and Roberts into the 21st century, heading up the design of the Kimmitt and Roberts website and producing the iPhone “App”!

Gail Yuil

Gail, based in the Seaham Branch, is a relatively new but highly knowledgeable. She is renowned for having a smile on her face, even in the most stressful of situations! Dealing in the highly frought environment of Estate Agency can often be tiresome and trying, but Gail always seems to light up the office and have a smile on her face reaping the rewards and always seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Toni Harrison

Although Toni is currently the youngest member of the staff throughout Kimmitt and Roberts, she commenced working with the company as a Saturday girl six years ago. Since then, Toni has continued to develop professionally and gain experience, becoming a highly competent negotiator. One of Tonis main strengths is her strong attention to customer care, evident in her desire to help all clients achieve their aims in the property market, whether buying or selling. Friendly and personable, Toni is a valued member of the team at the Seaham office.

Wilson can be seen in the office on the odd occasion, but is primarily based on the road, supplying inspections to vacant properties and accompaniment to viewings across all three branches. He is very thorough in his job and can point out the tiniest unnoticeable feature in a house; his attention to detail is what makes him the best in his field!!

Marion Barrett

Manager

As is common amongst the more experienced Kimmitt and Roberts crew, Marion trained at Charles Bell, first working with Bill over twenty years ago. As manager of the Peterlee branch, her extensive experience allows her to run a highly efficient and extremely successful office, along with her young but remarkably accomplished team. Marion has sold houses in Sunderland and Houghton before being appointed by Halifax as their manager in Peterlee in the mid 1990s. She joined Kimmitt and Roberts in 2003 to run the newly opened Peterlee branch. Neither Marion nor Kimmitt and Roberts looked back. Marion is professional, thorough and extremely determined yet has retained an essential sense of humor. As anyone who as ever worked with Marion will tell you, there is only one Marion Barrett!

Chantel Rowell

Sales Negotiator

Chantel is an extremely dedicated member of staff who has been with Kimmitt and Roberts for three years. She faces all problems with passion and understanding, always determined to get the best results for both the seller and the buyer. Chantel is an excellent team player in the busy Peterlee Office and is responsible for all Sales Negotations. She has also gained her technical award in Residential Estate Agency and enjoys offering clients the personal touch by ensuring she visits properties in person to enable her to pass on full knowledge to perspective buyers.

Tanya Wood

Tanya entered into the world of Estate Agency just over three years ago and has proved herself to be a confident and valued member of staff in the Peterlee Branch of Kimmitt and Roberts. Tanya has a unique friendly approach with clients, always a calming influence to both sellers and buyers in the sometimes fraught world of property sales. Like other members of the Kimmitt and Roberts crew, Tanya has been successful in obtaining her technical award in Residential Estate Agency. Tracy Walker

Senior Negotiator

If you are selling a house, then Tracy Walker is the ideal person to help you do it. Her approachability means that she can answer any queries that you might have. Her experience means that she can see problems before they arise. Her direct and forthright approach to handling problems means that she can remedy any issues along the way. Her availability, being office based in Houghton full time, means that she is available whenever you need her. Tracy started as an estate agent as a fresh faced sixteen year old, working for Charles Bell in Sunderland. She has learnt much along the way and she thrives on doing her very best for all who place their trust in her!

Jacqui Turnbull

Administrator

Everything revolves around Jacqui! Having worked in estate agency for many years, Jacqui joined us in 1997. She started as a sales negotiator and has experience in property sales and, as an administrator in the survey department has extensive knowledge of the survey set up. She provides admin support for sales and surveys and is a valued and valuable member of our team. Jacqui has the capability of turning her hand to almost anything, and her sense of humor and quick wit make for a lively office environment.

Rebecca Harrison BSc (Hons)

Surveyor

Rebecca joined Kimmitt and Roberts when she left school in 2003 as a sales negotiator. Recognising her talent early we supported her in her part time day release study to gain her degree in Estates Management from Northumbria University in 2009. A very good sales negotiator she became an excellent trainee surveyor and is now a valuation surveyor in her own right. She continues in her development to become a qualified chartered surveyor and is now on the RICS graduate 'Assessment of Professional Competence' programme. She presently carries our surveys and valuations. She is also responsible for commercial property valuations and agency.

Jonny Roberts DEA

Energy Assessor

For a young man, Jonny is highly qualified in his field. When he gained his qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2008, Jonny was the youngest to have qualified. Since then, he has qualified as a Commercial Energy Assessor and continues his development to provide specialist advice on energy assessment. Based in the Houghton le Spring branch, Jonny covers the whole of the northeast and spends much of his time on site. He manages to combine youthful enthusiasm and the natural light hearted demeanor with a level of professionalism which surpasses his young age. Jonny is an intricate part of our survey team, and yes, he is Les's son!
